Group lessons is our core program, offered to all students 5 years and older. Classes are either 30 or 45 minutes with an average group size of 3 students in each class.
Depending on the classes start level some of the techniques learned include: total body submerging, glides, coordinated breathing, multiple stroke techniques including front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, elementary backstroke and sidestroke. Students are inspired by both the others in the class and their instructors, as they all move forward to the next group goal.
