1. Can I make-up classes?
We offer one make-up at any of our locations if done within the semester you are registered. You must be registered for at least 6 classes in that semester to qualify for a make-up. Please call and inform us of the day you will miss. To schedule a make-up, call our office the day before or the day of the class you want to do the make-up.

2. Can I have a trial class?
All newly registered students can cancel after your 1st class and receive a full refund (minus the cost of your first class) when at least 3-business days notice is given before your next scheduled class.

3. What should I bring?
A towel, bathing suit, and a smile (Non-potty trained swimmers must have swim diapers). Goggles and/or swim caps are optional as per your swimming preferences.

4. Do they have locker rooms?
All facilities have full amenities.

5. When should I arrive at the pool?
For your first class come 15 minutes early. Some parents like to have their children’s’ suits on under the child’s clothes to make it easier. When you get to the pool deck, check in with the aquatic director.

6. How do I pay?
You can pay by check, cash, or any major credit card. You can make payments in two installments for a semester, otherwise full payment is due at the time of your first class.

7. Are my class and instructor reserved?
Approximately 4 weeks before the end of a semester, we will give current participants the first opportunity to reserve their swim class and instructor for the next session. (Please note: instructors are hired based on availability and although we strongly stress consistency, sometimes the instructors’ schedules change).

8. What happens if a pool closes?
If classes are cancelled by TMTTW, you can opt between a class credit and refund for that class.

9. What paperwork do I need to fill out?
All paperwork is filled out at the pool.
A. All first-time swimmers need to sign a Release form (a sample copy is on our website under Pool Policies).
B. Every semester participants must sign a Payment and Policy form, which explains the rules and total payment due.

10. Can I watch the swim lessons?
All locations have chairs around the pool to use while observing the lessons. However, there are individual health club rules that also must be followed.
